A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing bonus funds. Winnings from a bonus are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each promotion has a specified validity period; any bonus that expires will be considered void.
• A bonus may be claimed only once.
• dat365 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of bonus fraud or misuse is found.
• For VIP cashback rewards, the rules of the relevant tier apply.

The dat365 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Tiers are upgraded based on user activity and contribution. dat365 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dat365 platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account suspension or closure and all funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus fraud or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering or transacting using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Harassing other users on the platform or engaging in aggressive behavior.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
